Injured by Coronavirus Vaccine?

As the highly anticipated COVID-19 vaccine program begins rolling out across the country, at least 100 million people are expected to undergo vaccination. While the majority of vaccinated people should greatly benefit from the vaccine, it is inevitable that a slim percentage of people will experience serious side effects from the vaccination regimen and the drugs used in it.

Serious side effects that have been recorded in past vaccines are similar to an anaphylactoid reaction, which may cause:

  • Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration (or SIRVA)
  • Cardiac arrest
  • Cardiovascular injury
  • Hypertension
  • Respiratory injury

Should you or a loved one develop a serious reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine, I can help you. From my law office in Tampa, FL, I represent clients from all walks of who have suffered injuries from dangerous drugs, including new vaccinations that might not have been tested thoroughly enough before being made available to the public.

What is the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)?

Vaccines cause injuries — that is a fact. From the late 1980s, Congress established the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to provide a source of compensation for individuals who suffer serious vaccine injuries. The vaccine injury program was made by federal law, so it applies equally to everybody in every state.

Rather than having to sue a vaccine manufacturer or a medical supplier, those who suffer vaccine accidents can submit a claim for monetary damages under the vaccine injury program.

These vaccines are covered by the VICP:

  • COIVD-19
  • diphtheria and tetanus vaccines (e.g., DTaP, DTP, DT, Td, or TT),
  • pertussis vaccines (e.g., DTP, DTaP, P, Tdap, DTP-Hib),
  • measles, mumps, and rubella vaccines (e.g., MMR, MR, M, R),
  • polio vaccines (e.g., OPV or IPV),
  • hepatitis A vaccines (e.g., HAV),
  • hepatitis B vaccines (e.g.,HBV),
  • Haemophilus influenza type b polysaccharide conjugate vaccines  (e.g., Hib),
  • varicella vaccines (e.g., VZV) [herpes zoster (shingles) vaccine is not covered],
  • rotavirus vaccines (e.g.,RV),
  • pneumococcal conjugate vaccines (e.g., PCV),
  • seasonal influenza vaccines (e.g., IIV3 standard dose, IIV3 high dose, IIV4, RIV3, LAIV3, LAIV4),
  • human papillomavirus vaccines (e.g., HPV),
  • meningococcal vaccines (e.g., MCV4, MPSV4, recombinant)

Why do you need a vaccine injury attorney?

In order to file a vaccine injury claim under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, a lawsuit is filed against the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services. That lawsuit is filed in the Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC. The litigation is defended by lawyers within the vaccine litigation group at the United States Department of Justice.

The vaccine court has its own rules of both evidence and procedure, and knowledge of these rules is vital to the success of any vaccine injury claim. Knowing and understanding how to present a claim to maximize its potential for achievement is crucial and can only be obtained through years of experience in handling vaccine injury claims.

What is it going to cost to hire an attorney to help with my vaccine injury lawsuit?

Should you hire us, it won’t ever cost you anything — regardless of the outcome. We cover 100% of all costs of litigation. That includes filing fees, costs to obtain medical records, as well as expert expenses. At the close of the situation, we will submit a fee program to the vaccine injury program and request payment of its attorney’s fees and expenses by the vaccine injury program.

We don’t even have a percentage of the recovery — in other words, 100% of the damages award is delivered to the customer.

You have nothing to lose by hiring your own lawyer to help you through this. I don’t charge a fee or any costs unless you win.

Michael Herron is a top rated and highly experienced personal injury lawyer who will personally handle your case from start to finish.

Michael is a decorated combat veteran, a former criminal prosecutor and an experienced trial lawyer and you only have to pay his fee and costs if you win. If you don’t win you walk away owing him nothing.
